We’re excited to announce the return of Calgary’s Top Manager Contest!
Keeping with our thoughts that people aren’t really quitting their jobs…they are quitting their managers, we’re back to find and celebrate the unsung heroes of the workplace.
We want to recognize the exceptional leaders who make an impact everyday on the team they motivate and the organization they work for. If there was an opportunity for growth, a good manager would develop it. If there was an opportunity for fun, a good manager would create it. If there was a good opportunity for communication, a good manager would do it.
So here is YOUR chance to celebrate them and showcase what the best and the brightest are doing to transform the workplace.
Nominations open Monday April 8, 2013 and close Monday May 6, 2013 12PM

If you want to recognize an outstanding manager in Calgary, we invite you to submit their name for consideration.
Our Selection Committee will measure the nominees on how they:
Encourage growth and development
Offer recognition and praise
Offer and invite feedback
Create a fun environment
Eligibility of Nominees:
If you know of a manager who is passionate about developing a great team, achieving great results, and creating a fun work environment then they are a perfect candidate for Calgary’s Top Manager.
Must manage a group of 2 or more
Must work within the city of Calgary
Can be the business owner as well as the manager – the size of the company doesn’t matter
Cannot nominate themselves
Dinner for the winning Manager and their entire team
A $1,500 donation to a charity of their choice
A Dale Carnegie course scholarship to either the Leadership Training for Managers or the Sales Success Program (a value of $1,895)
