Did you know that last year we started a Bursary Program that awarded $1,200 annually for “Street Smarts” at Michelle’s high school? The goal of the program is to recognize those who go above and beyond in their communities by holding down a job or volunteering in addition to participating fully in high school.

Diana Kanke was the recipient in 2016 because of her ability to hold down a job as well as take part of We-Day, was the Vice President of her Student Council, participated on the volleyball team, was in the drama club, was an active member of the peer support network as well as the Chamber Choir and the Jazz Choir. We’re feeling exhausted just writing this!

Michelle is continuing her pledge to W.C. Miller Collegiate but this year we’re also opening it up to any applicants in Calgary as well. Download the Street Smart Application Form┬átoday and forward your completed application to info@elevatedhr.com┬áby June 1, 2017.

Please share with anyone that understands that playing hard means you have to work hard too!
