We believe in experiential learning; this means the majority of our courses are run 2-3 hours at a time, for 6 – 10 weeks. This gives team members a chance to practice what they have learned, reflect and keep ideas top of mind.

Courses include:

  • Leadership Essentials ¬†– (24 hours) – delivered as a combination of online learning, homework and a reflection journal. Focuses on communication styles, emotional intelligence, employment law, values and purpose. View Course Outline
  • Employee Experience – (29 hours) – delivered online only. Explores best practices as it relates to people and culture programs that mirror your customer experience. Topics include: engagement, recruitment and onboarding, to performance management & compensation, to training and development to terminations. View Course Outline

One-on-One Coaching.

From executives to future potential, from customer service to sales; we have a customized coaching practice we tailor to individuals at all levels in the organization.

The steps we take include:

  • Fit – We match you to the right coach based on your needs, experience, style and pace
  • Assess – We use our own 360 feedback process that helps us understand where you are today and where you need to be tomorrow
  • Coach¬†– We meet with you bi-weekly or monthly for a one-hour confidential, action-oriented meeting. Every conversation ends with a discussion on mindset and goals to practice and reflect on for the next session.
  • Evaluate – We collaborate with you (and your leader as required) to talk about next steps. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job!
