We believe in experiential learning; this means the majority of our courses are run 2-3 hours at a time, for 6 – 10 weeks. This gives team members a chance to practice what they have learned, reflect and keep ideas top of mind.
Courses include:
- Leadership Essentials – (24 hours) – delivered as a combination of online learning, homework and a reflection journal. Focuses on communication styles, emotional intelligence, employment law, values and purpose. View Course Outline
- Employee Experience – (29 hours) – delivered online only. Explores best practices as it relates to people and culture programs that mirror your customer experience. Topics include: engagement, recruitment and onboarding, to performance management & compensation, to training and development to terminations. View Course Outline
