Your Privacy Matters to Us
Elevated HR Solutions is committed to protecting you, and the information you provide us in your resume, confidential at all times.If you choose to submit your resume to Elevated HR Solutions, we will keep your resume for up to one year, for the purposes of potentially finding you a position with one of our clients. We’ll get your consent before passing it along but ultimately our goal is to place the perfect candidate with the perfect client. That said, if you’re interested in more than one position we post on our board, send us your resume again (you know…as a reminder!)
If you choose to email us your resume, we may use your email address and name to do an initial screen on public sites such as Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or YouTube. We’re interested in the type of person you are and whether or not you will fit the brand of our clients. We’re looking for things like how you present yourself, how you talk about your employer, and what interests you in life. If you choose to send us your resume you are consenting to this type of screening. If you would prefer us not to screen you, you may ask in your cover letter to be excluded from such a search.
Here’s the deal: As far as your privacy is concerned, we will never sell your information or even give it up for free for that matter. You send your resume to us, it stays with us. If you make it to the next stage of the interview process, your resume will be passed to the client. They too, will ensure your information is contained and is only used for the purposes of recruiting.
